Capital Towers

•  is the largest mixed-use commercial tower complex in 6th of October City, Egypt. The complex consists of buildings with heights ranging from 6 to 9 stories and covers a total area of 21,000 square meters, comprising six land plots with views of the main road and the central park in the Ninth District.

• The mall has a private plaza covering an area of 14,000 square meters, and it offers various types of units, including commercial, administrative, medical, hotel, and entertainment spaces. The project also features a range of amenities, including a cinema complex, a gaming area, a restaurant complex, pharmacies, car showrooms, banks, and VR gaming zones.

• There are two dedicated parking floors for each tower, providing a total of 6 parking areas. The project is conveniently located on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, near the Shooting Club and Mall of Arabia, and just minutes away from the monorail station.

Project Specifications:

•  The first tower has a total area of 3,252 square meters, consisting of a ground floor and 6 stories (G+6).
•  The ground floor features commercial units for food and beverages, a pharmacy, and a car showroom.
•  The first floor houses retail units.
•  The second floor is dedicated to a food court with a variety of restaurants.

 From the third to the sixth floor, the building is divided into two parts: an administrative and medical building and a hotel room building.

Prices and Payment Plans at Capital Towers:

•  Payment plan: Customers pay a 10% reservation deposit of the total unit price, followed by an additional 10% upon delivery. The remaining balance can be paid in installments over a period of up to 3 years.

Delivery:

•  Commercial units are delivered in semifinished (Core & Shell) condition.
•  Administrative and medical units are delivered fully finished with air conditioning.
•  Hotel rooms are delivered fully finished with furnishings and appliances.

Delivery Timeline:

•  Delivery for commercial units is after 3 years.
•  Administrative, medical, and hotel units are delivered after 3.5 years.
•  A 7% maintenance fee is required 6 months before delivery.

• Down payments start at 10%, and there are payment facilities available for up to 10 years.
