The Administrative Capital and "Safwa" inaugurate the first real estate seminars in the Egyptian Pavilion

Today, Brigadier General Khaled Al Husseini, the official spokesman for the New Administrative Capital Company, chaired the first real estate sector symposium in the Egyptian pavilion at “Dubai Expo 2020”, which was held under the title “The Administrative Capital - Smart Services”, with the participation of Al Safwa Urban Development SUD.

Al-Husseini gave a detailed explanation of the new administrative capital, how to plan for it, the services available in it, in addition to its strategic location in Egypt.

Al-Husseini also dealt with how to choose Al-Safwa for Urban Development SUD as one of the success partners among more than 400 developers in the new administrative capital .. and that this selection is made in accordance with the criteria for selecting companies that are most committed to performance rates and the absence of any problems with the developer, whether legal, financial, or implementation rates even The name of the developer can be associated with the name of the New Administrative Capital Company.

For his part, Engineer Yamen Mohamed, Director of Technology Department at the New Administrative Capital Company, reviewed the advanced smart services in the city and how they work to provide all facilities to all life and government sectors in the Administrative Capital.

Ramy Rashad, Director of Sales Sector at Al Safwa Urban Development Company, delivered the company's speech on behalf of Dr. Medhat Shalaby, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Safwa Urban Development SUD.

He expressed his happiness with the participation of the elite in the symposium and explaining how the company cooperated as one of the first developers who owned projects in the New Administrative Capital to achieve the maximum possible effort for the success of this gigantic national project.

Also, Al Safwa Urban Development SUD, under the auspices of the New Administrative Capital Company, and the participation of Brigadier General Khaled Al Husseini, the official spokesman for the capital, held the second induction forum for the administrative capital of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on October 15, 2021 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Medhat Shalaby, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Safwa, delivered his speech at the forum, expressing his welcome and happiness to meet the Egyptian community in the United Arab Emirates, explaining the company's belief in the new administrative capital project since the economic conference in Sharm El-Sheikh in 2015 in which the idea was proposed by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi President of the Republic.

He also expressed the company's keenness to be one of the first companies that owned a group of projects in the new administrative capital, with the first offering of land in the investors' area in 2017.

Brigadier General Khaled Al-Husseini also explained the details of the administrative capital of the Egyptian community in the Emirates and answered all the questions of the Egyptian community and clarified all services, roads, residential, administrative and diplomatic neighborhoods in the capital.

The second induction forum for the new administrative capital is the second forum organized by Al Safwa Urban Development SUD under the auspices and participation of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company, after Al Safwa Urban Development SUD organized the first induction forum for the administrative capital in 2019 in the French capital, Paris and the Austrian capital, Vienna.
